We can understand why it is so.
Psalm 84
For the passage is about the Lord’s provision for those who have come to a place when all else fails.
To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David, the servant of the Lord, who addressed the words of this song to the Lord on the day when the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul.
He said:
Psalm 18:1-2
I love you, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
Let us pray: Lord, May the words of my mouth, and the meditations of our hearts be always acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord, our Rock and our Redeemer; And May I preach as if never to preach again, as a dying man
