A repeat of Babs, a film about the life of British actress Dame Barbara Windsor, 82, will air on BBC One at 8.30pm tonight, Tuesday, August 18.
The biopic originally came out in 2017, to coincide with the former EastEnders star’s 80th birthday.
The film, written by EastEnders scriptwriter Tony Jordan, focuses on Barbara’s life in the 1990s and her rise to fame as part of the Carry One cast.
Upon the announcement of the film, the actress spoke of her “delight” Jordan had been chosen to write the screenplay.

“I am honoured and excited that Tony and the BBC have commissioned this.”
